Czech economic research institute CETA published a study focused on the residential housing market in Prague on Friday, which claims that bureaucratic hurdles, coupled with high demand, are primarily responsible for the current low availability of housing in the capital. Hospodářské noviny reports that the disused bus station in Palmovka, looks all set to see redevelopment to the tune of CZK 1.2 billion, after the board of the Prague transit company DPP Praha, approved, the signing of a future contract with Landia Management, the developer of the project.
